• I've always thrived in presentations & creative communication that provides value for others. Continually learning and growing, here are a few examples:

    • Selected to speak among 6 provincial finalists in 2017 for the Lieutenant Governor Visionaries Prize in Waterloo. CBC's Piya Chattopadhay and world-renown photographer Edward Burtynsky were judges.
    • Current member of Ottawa Toastmasters on the International pathway for Motivational Strategies. Awarded "Best Evaluator" 3x
    • Received First Place for a national video submission through the Canadian Conference of Building Science & Technology (CCBST), awarded by the British Columbia Building Envelope Council (BCBEC).
    • Former co-host of weekly radio show on motivation, productivity and entertainment.
    • Former IMAX host; short speeches to crowds up to 200 people.

My path was not linear. While I am now in the world of client relationships and driving solutions, my architectural studies taught me a few things: 1. To think outside of the box, 2. To aim for holistic solutions, 3. To accept and apply feedback. My communication studies allowed me to strengthen my writing skills and critical thinking. Now with a Bachelor and Minor, I am pursuing my Masters in Business Administration (MBA) while gaining first-hand experience. At the same time, I am continually engaging in my lifelong passion since I was a child: that is public speaking.
